2. Platform Description

DoMeLift develops and provides a multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform tailored for IT staffing, consulting, and talent outsourcing organizations, unifying opportunity pipelines, gross profit (GP) margin quoting, Delivery Manager Cockpits, RADAR retention alerts, and the Client Book.

3. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Methods

All content on this website — including source code, trademarks, visual design systems, copy, illustrations, logos, and the proprietary RADAR (Early-Warning Retention) methodology — is the exclusive property of DoMeLift or its licensors, protected under domestic and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use and User Obligations

You agree to: (a) provide accurate and legitimate business contact details; (b) refrain from deploying automated bots, unauthorized scraping agents, or denial-of-service stress tools; and (c) avoid probing or circumventing the hosting security controls of the DoMeLift platform.

5. Enterprise Agreements and SLA

Commercial provisioning of dedicated DoMeLift platform instances is governed by an executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Service Level Agreement (SLA), establishing specific availability commitments, strict database isolation guarantees, and mutual non-disclosure covenants.

6. Limitation of Liability

DoMeLift applies industry best practices to ensure continuous website availability. However, we assume no liability for temporary interruptions resulting from third-party telecommunications providers, upstream cloud network events, or force majeure occurrences beyond reasonable commercial control.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the judicial district courts of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil.
